Appreciation

My most profound gratitude to all those who contributed to the successful launching of my book “Technology & Wealth of Nations, African Experience 1899-1999”, on the 2nd of September 2021, at the Headquarters of the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI), Idu Industrial Area, Garki, Abuja.

The Book, TECHNOLOGY and WEALTH of NATIONS (African Experience 1899-1999) provides a Functional Blueprint, for Technology and Industrialization of Nigeria’s and Africa’s Economy. It gives an Interesting Account of Nigeria’s Experience in Technologies production, the manufacture of industrial goods (capital, processed Food items) and industrial materials (organic chemicals, inorganic chemicals, and special chemicals such as Fertilizers, Explosives and Vaccines) in Nigeria’s Economy.

In doing so it provides responses to questions such as, Why have we missed out on the creation of wealth that Science and Technology Activities are meant to achieve following in the example of India, Brazil, Indonesia, South Korea, among other former Colonized Nations, now Members of the Top 20 World Industrial Economies? What science and technology activities have been undertaken in Nigeria since 1899 at Moor Plantation Ibadan, Nigeria and what were they meant to achieve?

You can still get your copy of the book by placing an order right here on top of the page.
